February 24th, 2010 - What You Need To Know To Create Abundance

Ones total body must be engaged in the spirit of abundance. Involve yourself physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. In doing this, you will reap benefits in all those aspects. Deep introspection is key when you create abundance both inside and out. In introspection, you recognize all former baggage like past hurts, failures, bitterness, etc. Then you free yourself from them. Doing this can bring about healing. This can be challenging but its a necessary step.

People are bound to be unhappy at least once in his lifetime. Reality is, we feel unhappy many times and whenever we feel unhappy we lack the abundance we could be enjoying in our life. Keep in mind, to create abundance does not involve gaining all material things including money. Observe the rich and you will see that wealth does not lead to happiness. They can have everything but happiness does not automatically follow.

To create abundance, you need to begin evaluating your life values first. You also need to evaluate your thoughts, what you believe in, and your emotions. You need to begin changing what you are not happy with. No matter where you are in life you can always take time to find abundant life. Train your mind to think more positively and more logical even when you are in the middle of troubles. When you do this you will notice a drastic change.

You can find the spirit of abundant life anywhere in the world. Unfortunately most people go through their entire life not able to experience the feeling. You need to make sure you are wide open and prepared to receive the abundant life. Get rid of all your negative emotions. This will be a struggle everyday but you need to let it go in order to create abundance.

Its also vital to put an end to unsettled things in your life. These are like evil demons eating away your happiness. Stop giving in to failure and hurt. Stop the cycle. Finish with the past and run to the future with positivity. You are sure to create abundance in doing this.

Welcome changes into your life. Sometimes this can be difficult when you do not always know what lies ahead but this is when you need to believe even more then ever. Always try to better yourself. Make sure the change starts from the inside first. Become a positive person everyday. Do not expect the change to happen over night. Look for opportunities that are more positive and stay away from the negative.

Get rid of selfishness. Its often easy to fall into self absorption. Watch out for it and never give in to selfishness. As you pursue and create abundance, you become more generous with the people around you. Its a natural result. Free yourself from overly focusing on yourself. Desire abundance, desire to help people, and you will find yourself changing your community and your world.

Mend your relationships with everyone. Sometimes people get distracted by their own problems and they forget that others may have a problem too. Its important to focus on simple things in life that make you happy and others happy as well. When you work on abundant life you will get a healthier mind and body.

February 23rd, 2010 - Comparison Between Christian Doctrine and Mormon Doctrine

It would seem that if a religion does not challenge Christianity then it is not brought to the forefront as a comparison. However the Mormon doctrine because they are increasingly promoting themselves as being a true Christian religion is causing a great deal of stir among the Christian society. Who are now taking the stance and making a point of showing the obvious differences between these two doctrines.

One of the things that really needs to be watched with the Mormon religion is that on the surface it does appear that it is in tune with Christianity but it is when one gets into it further and sees the what ifs and buts that have been attached to the original doctrine. There are many subtle points as well as some that are quite blatant that the Mormons will teach when it comes to their religion. To begin with is a well is that the one they refer to as Gods as opposed to one God. They believe that God was once a man just as we are today and then once he became exalted he became a God and became the leader.

Joseph Smith taught that as the Christians believes that God was in existence for all eternity in Joseph’s opinion he was a simple man of flesh and bone just as what we are and this also is carried further by Joseph that Jesus himself was a man.

They support their terminology of gods based on that they believe the Trinity is three separate gods. The Father, the Son and the Holy Ghost that these are three individual distinct persons or gods and they deny that the birth of Christ was a miracle or a spiritual birth. They will teach that it was just as natural as the birth of any other child.

Rather than refer to Jesus as the eternal son of God they will refer to him as the spiritual brother of Lucifer. This is one of the most disturbing aspects of the Mormon religion amongst many others.

The Holy Spirit according to a the Mormons is the third God. the Holy Ghost is endowed with the power of the deity and not just a force. There are two substantial meanings when it comes to salvation according to the Mormons. There is a universal resurrection which is what they base the atonement of Christ was for. So this is what they class as general salvation and then the second part of salvation is in the individual salvation which is dealing with the sin of the individual person.

They do not contribute to the sin of Adam as sin is totally the responsibility of the individual.

These are just some of the major differences between the Mormon and Christian doctrine. When one clearly takes a look at what the Mormon doctrine stands on there is no comparison to what the Holy Bible teaches . It is quite disturbing to the true Christian. As what the world knows Christianity as being that which it is, is the actual doctrine that the Mormons stand agains,t believing that they are still in the apostasy. Its very plain to see that the Mormons to serve a totally different God then what Christians do.

January 28th, 2010 - Improve Your Life With Chakra Color Therapy

Ancient knowledge tells us that the human body contains a reservoir of energy deep within. The highly evolved souls propagate harnessing this energy in order to create the ideal living conditions in and around us. They promote the idea of external help to restore normal body functioning. The theory that gained ground was Chakra balancing, i.e., synchronized movement of seven primary energy centers within the body, to improve all aspects of life (spiritual, emotional, and physical).

In addition to their location in the body and significance, these seven chakras can also be distinguished by the colors associated with each of them. You can use these colors to correct the imbalance in their movements that might have crept in due to any reason. The process of using colors in such a therapeutic manner is known as Chakra Color Therapy.

Here is a brief description of the primary chakras and their associated colors:

1. The Base Chakra (Muladhara) is situated at the coccyx (base of the spine). This first chakra is associated with our very basic survival needs, courage, and vitality. The color associated with this chakra is Red. The attributes of Red color for the body includes vitality and energy provider on all levels.

2. The Sacral Chakra, or Svadhisthana, is located just below the navel. This chakra is associated with our sexual drive and emotions. The associated color is Orange, which is known for its qualities of success, self-confidence, and independence of thoughts.

3. The Power Chakra (or Manipura), situated just above the navel region, is associated with autonomy, will power, and metabolism. Yellow is the color associated with this chakra, which empowers the body with clarity of thoughts and self-worthiness.

4. The Heart Chakra, or Anahata, is located in the center of the chest. This chakra is associated with love, compassion, and self-expression. The associated color is Green, which is known for its qualities of intimacy and forgiveness.

5. The Throat Chakra, or Vishuddha, is located in the throat area. This chakra is associated with expression and communication. The associated color is Blue, which is known for its qualities of clarity in communicating the feelings with others, self-identification, and creativity.

6. The Brow Chakra, or Ajna, is located between the eyebrows at the third eye position. This chakra is associated with intuitive power of the body. The associated color is Indigo, which is known for its qualities of understanding, self-responsibility and visualization.

7. The Crown Chakra, or Sahasrara, is located on top of the head. This chakra is associated with wisdom and enlightenment. The associated color is Violet, which is known for its qualities of self-knowledge and spiritual awareness.

The color associated with each Chakra can be used and incorporated in our lives to balance the dysfunctioning chakras. Chakra Color therapy can be used only after identifying the damaged chakras in the body, which are responsible for its abnormal functioning.

Color Breathing is the next step after you have identified the imbalanced chakra. The exercise involves lying down in a relaxed position with all the seven cloth swatches besides you. Now that you have identified the chakra that need your attention, take the relevant colored cloth swatch and place it on the body part associated with the affected chakra. Take deep breaths. Relax. Visualize the color of the cloth being absorbed by the body and healing the affected chakra. Practice it for 5-10 minutes and you will feel the difference. Repeat for all the damaged chakras.

Chakra Color Therapy is a healthy option for maintenance of chakra balance. For daily maintenance, just lie down and repeat the above process by placing the relevant colored swatches on the relevant body parts. 5-10 minutes should be sufficient to recharge your chakras and correct the imbalanced ones to give you a better life free of physical, emotional or spiritual ailment.

October 3rd, 2009 - Amazing Secrets Of Chakra Meditation Therapy

There are energy-wheels known as chakras which line up along the central line of everyone.

Certain mystical practitioners even believe the number of these wheels to be fourteen.

Beginning at the base (believed to be either the bottom end of the spine or the genitals) they go right up to the top of the head, the crown.

In between there are: the orange chakra of the womb or belly; the golden chakra of the solar plexus; the green chakra of the heart; the blue chakra of the throat; and the indigo chakra known as the third eye, on the center of the forehead. The base chakra is red, and the crown chakra is violet right above the head but as its circumference extends outward, away from the head, it turns whiter.

As well as each chakra being associated with a particular color, they are numbered from one to seven with the base chakra being number one and the crown chakra being number seven.

The first chakra controls our physical health and vitality and our sexual health.

The second chakra commands our creative powers.

The third commands the power of our will and desires.

The fourth chakra is responsible for our emotions and helps us to both give and receive love.

The fifth chakra is responsible for communicating and is the link between what we feel and what we think.

The sixth chakra commands intuition and psychic powers and insights, (hence the sixth sense).

The seventh chakra connects us with our higher power and the rest of the universe.

When people feel they are connecting directly with God, they are focusing the energies of their seventh, purple-white, crown chakra.

The chakras spin in their natural state. If they are healthy then they will spin and will then provide you with the optimum energies you need. If however they become unbalanced they can not spin and you will therefore experience illness or sickness in one or more of the areas outlined.

The secret to health is that these chakras should be balanced. In case even one wheel is more active than others, the result can be addictions, neuroses, obsessive-compulsive disorders or unintentional cruelty.

Chakras can become unbalanced or clogged as a result of neglect or bad lifestyle. If your diet is bad, or you have a negative attitude toward sexual relations you will have problems with your first or root/base chakra. This is likely to lead to ill health and broken or difficult relationships.

If you constantly think about dark things like working black magic against people, you’ll clog up the seventh, purple-white, crown chakra and cut off your access to the cosmic or the divine, leaving you feeling bitter, fearful, and empty.

One of the most important aspects of a healthy, rapidly spinning chakra wheel is its flexibility; that is, it can open to receive energy from something good but close to repel energy from something bad. A mind is just like a hand: if it cannot both open and close then it’s broken. And a chakra is just like a mind-if it is healthy then it can both open and close as need be.

The way to use chakra therapy is to focus in a balanced way on each one of the seven major energy categories that each chakra commands. This should be done on a daily basis.

Take each major energy category and at some point each day meditate upon how its aspects are manifesting-or not manifesting-in your life, and as you do this visualize your body’s energy residing in that particular chakra. If you find your energy waning in any category, meditate on the steps you can take to make that category healthy and cleanse the related chakra.

It is also observed that when some persons meditate on a gemstone of the same color as the chakras, their concentration is very high. They are able to focus better and can obtain an insight into the path for cleansing their chakras and make them healthier.

Recently it has become possible to just listen to the individual chakra sound frequencies. By listening to the particular frequency of each chakra your own chakras resonates at this frequency and become completely balanced.

July 23rd, 2009 - Christians V.S Freemasons – The Epic Struggle Of Religion

It?s quite well known that the much of the negativity that is shown towards the Freemasons is based on what is believed to be their secrecy. It would seem with all of the books and materials that have been published over the years there couldn’t possibly be any secrets left unturned if there were some in the first place. Others state that because the secrecy is the priority of the Masons what goes on has never been really released. The Masons look at the fact of keeping their rituals a secret as a bond and not some sinister act. Pro Masons will tell you there are no blood oaths or ceremonies that take place amongst the Masons and certainly no physical violence.

Anti Masons who refer to violence by way of punishment within the Mason walls have been said to glean their information from historical data of the Masons. This is not to say that the Masons of the 1700?s were party to violent acts either. It is said that their references from those days in regards to punishment was purely symbolic.

So where does the speculation come in that a Christian because of his beliefs could never become a Mason? It is based on the fact that the Freemasons state they allow all religions to enter their group. It is known that not all religious groups believe in Christ in the same way that the Christians do. The Christians believe that if they do not accept Christ as their way to get into heaven then there is no other way. Other religions do not abide by this. So how could a Christian become part of this organization that says a member must believe in a ?Superior Being??

The argument goes further. If there are Christians amongst the Masons that have the Christian belief then they are amongst those who they call their brothers that are non-Christian.

In addition to all of this the Freemasons also lays out a plan of salvation, which is depicted, with their ritual of the Common Gavel. It is said by some that this ritual is directed towards those who do not believe in Christ.

Therefore, what is believed to be the actual stand that the Freemasons have on religion. It is indicated that the Lodges have one main deity called the ?The Great Architect of the Universe?. In the lodge, all members must pray to this deity. They supposedly have a ritual that is based on the afterlife called the ?slaying and raising of Hiram Abif, who is know to be the Hero of the Masons.

The argument based on actions such as this would raise a better question as to what do Freemasons constitute as a religion if they do not consider themselves as such. In answer to this, some will say they do not have all of the constitution of what constitutes religion. They are referring to no creed, no claim to faith or doctrine, no theory and no worship regimes. They have no religious symbols such as those found in other religions. They raise no money for religion.

It is well known and that the Freemasons date back to at least the 1700?s and most likely even further than that. In those days, it was simply a gathering of stonemasons that enjoyed each other?s fellowship. It grew over the years as to what we now know as the Freemasons. It would seem more emphasis is placed on the fellowship as opposed to the literal sense of the trade of masonry.

January 28th, 2009 - Why is Humility Essential for a Transformed Life?

In our self-help society, the conventional wisdom is that you must control every aspect of your life to find success and happiness. What a shock, then, when so many people finally achieve the career goals they have worked so hard for over the years only to discover that the attainment of their goals didn’t bring them the happiness they anticipated.

Could the dissatisfaction be because our definition of success is faulty? Would we find true happiness in success if we evolved from a self-centered, worldly view of success to one that is more God-centered?

Living in a culture that worships at the altar of money, people can find it difficult to view success with God at the center. This is a critical point to fully comprehend, however. What God will reveal to us, if we listen to Him, is that true success is to love Him and to love others as He loves them. Success for a Christian is glorifying His life by the way we are living ours.

It can seem counterintuitive in modern Western culture to believe that by yielding to God, we can actually achieve greater success. The more control we give Him, the more He rewards us. If we listen to Him, He will show us that the only way to achieve this type of success is through humility. Humility is somewhat difficult to learn and to define, but when we see it in someone else’s life, we know it instantly. They live for the Lord and not for themselves.

To think about how to live in humility, one could think about the humility of a child. With that type of humility, we will be filled with child-like enthusiasm and be eager to be led and instructed by the Lord. With such an attitude, we will be teachable, moldable, and willing to change.

Humility is what brings the right balance into our lives. Instead of thinking that we can handle things without God, or feeling unworthy to walk with Him, we recognize that our life in Him is all His grace. When we have that right focus we are yielded to the Spirit and walking in a right relationship with God, and in turn, we grow more in the grace and knowledge of our Lord Jesus.

A good way to think of it is to imagine God holding your hand, teaching you His ways as you walk beside Him. It takes the humility of a child to not get ahead of the Lord and to listen and to trust Him to set the right pace. It also takes humility not to lag behind Him and to remember that in His grace, He forgives our unfaithfulness and even forgets our transgressions as we come back to Him, and allow Him to continue to lead, guide, and direct us. God recognizes that this childlike quality of humility is not possible for us to develop on our own. When our hearts are hardened by our sinful reactions to life’s circumstances, we forget how to accept God’s helping hand. Yet the Lord welcomes us in our sorrow and repentance with open arms of love, and bestows upon us all the blessings reserved for His children. Once you have put your faith in Jesus as Lord, He is there to teach you what it means to live a life of humility as you purpose yourself to let Him take the wheel of your life.

If you are finding that despite your efforts to control every aspect of your life, you are not finding the happiness and peace you seek, the answer can be found in learning humility. By opening your heart to Jesus and walking with Him, and by turning your life over to Him, you can reach heights of success you never imagined.

Stuart Migdon discovered that his career pursuits left him empty. Upon accepting Jesus, his life turned around and he wrote about his experiences in his new book JESUS TAKE THE WHEEL: 7 Keys to a Transformed Life with God.

May 4th, 2008 - Is God Good?

Why do Christians say, “God is good”? Because He is.

Why do people believe God is a bad God? Due to famines, wars, shootings and violence that take place every day in this world, many assume that God must be bad. They think He is allowing these events as punishment. They believe we anger Him so He sends down tornadoes, hurricanes and every bad thing to strike us.

People have gotten this impression from the Old Testament. There we see God sending a flood to wipe out the evil people of Noah’s time. Though He did save those who He deemed righteous (Genesis 7).

Let’s see why this took place:

In the Garden of Eden, God made a man, Adam, and woman, Eve (Genesis 1-2). He told Adam not to eat of the fruit of the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil. The serpent (Satan in disguise) beguiled Eve into eating of the fruit, then she gave it to Adam, who could have refused the fruit but didn’t. That day they sinned. Through that act of disobedience, sin entered into this world (Genesis 3).

God is a God of justice. Just as a judge has to prosecute a criminal act, God has to prosecute sin.. However, He, also being Love, hated to see His creations suffer, so He sent His only Begotten Son, Jesus, to Earth to be born of a virgin. Mary gave birth to Jesus (Genesis 2:1). While on Earth, He grew up and went to the Cross for us(Matthew 27).

Only a sinless person could die for the sins of every human being–past, present and future.

After being beaten and bruised, the Roman soldiers nailed Jesus to a cross. God judged Jesus, who had never sinned, for our transgressions. He put every curse of the law and all the effects of the curse, including poverty, every kind of sickness and disease, infidelity, strife and so much more on Jesus. Jesus paid the price we should have paid. He died for us (Matthew 27).

God didn’t leave Him dead (Matthew 28. No, God raised Jesus from the dead, so that we might enjoy our lives to the full, until they overflow. That is how much God loves us. He did this for you, me and everyone else in this world, yet people still call Him a bad God.

Why is that? People feel that God causes people to starve in Africa, that He causes car crashes that take children’s parents, that He causes tsunamis.

However sin entered this world through the act of disobedience on one man’s part. When Adam sinned, he essentially handed the earth over to Satan and said, “It’s yours now. Do with it as you please.”

At that point, Satan became the ruler of the earth and the air. It wasn’t until Jesus died that Jesus took back that authority and gave it to us (Luke 10:19).

Most of us do not know that we have that authority. We allow Satan to reek havoc on this earth even though he has no legal right to do so.

It’s like a person being left an inheritance of one million dollars and then living poor, struggling in life, because he didn’t know what he had inherited.

Most Christians are like that. We know Jesus died for us, but we think that’s all in which we are entitled. When we accept Christ, we are entitled to so much more than merely being saved from going to hell.

We have authority over this world because of Jesus’ death and resurrection. We have authority to do greater works than Jesus (John 14:12), but we don’t. We do the same works as Jesus. Most of the time, we do less.

Jesus raised the dead (John 11:43-44). He healed the sick (Luke 4:40). He opened blind eyes (Matthew 9:27-30) and deaf ears (Mark 9:25-27). Why don’t we? We don’t know that we can speak to the weather patterns, like Jesus did, and command them to stop.

We don’t speak to those mountains in our lives (Mark 11:23), and the lives of others, because we believe those problems will laugh at us.

However we have the authority over them. We need to start acting like who we are–children of the Most High God–endued with the power to cast out demons, speak with new tongues, lay hands on the sick and see them recover and raise the dead (Mark 16:17-18).

We blame God for what we have authority to control. The only thing God is guilty of is giving us the authority on this Earth.

When we read the Bible, we learn what it is that we have authority over and how to take that authority.

The Bible and the Holy Spirit are the only weapons we need against this world and the devil. Even though things look bad, our circumstances are subject to change to the Truth, the Word of God.

Adam and Eve sinned, and God still blessed them with children (Genesis 4:1-2, 25). Abraham slept with a woman besides his wife to make a baby (Genesis 16:11). Still God gave Abraham and his wife, Sarah, their promised son, Isaac (Genesis 17:19). The children of Israel turned away from God so many times by worshipping false gods, yet God delivered them every time.

God is faithful even when we are not. He is good to us when we don’t deserve it. He is preparing a place for us in Heaven (John 14:2-3) when we die, if we accept Jesus.

He is a good God. It’s the humans who He gave authority of this world to that messed it up. We blame God for being a bad God when we are the ones in charge of this earth.

The devil is defeated, so instead of fighting for the victory, we need to fight from the victory ground. We are not trying to get healed. We are healed by Jesus’ stripes (I Peter 2:24). We are not trying to get rich. We are rich in Christ (2 Corinthians 8:9).

Stand up and take your authority today.
